Warriors for Warriors
Warriors for Warriors provides comprehensive, individualized, advanced holistic care by appointment, AND group acupuncture PTSD-Wellness events twice monthly. Military Veterans, Active Duty, and First Responders with suicidal thoughts, PTSD, illness/injury from service, and addiction qualify at no cost. It is only through your generous donations that we can continue to offer this unique and therapeutic treatment opportunity.

Since 2014, we have offered about 1,000 no-cost treatments and training events per year to veterans, military, and first-responders (our nation’s warriors) who are struggling with suicidal ideation, Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST), illness or injury from service, and/or addiction.
We continue to offer ongoing comprehensive individual care for struggling warriors. And, as of April, 2026 we are restarting the Community Acupuncture treatment (CAV) programs twice monthly for groups of up to 40 warriors per event. See the CAV page or downloadable flyer for more information.
PRIVATE CARE
Warriors being treated privately will receive an expert full-hour intake diagnostic visit and explanation of treatment options and services, and a course of acupuncture treatments at no cost. Qualified warriors include those with:
– Suicidal ideation
– Post Traumatic Stress from combat, military sexual trauma, and certain other service-connected situations
– Illness or injury from combat (including agent orange or other chemical exposures)
– Addiction related to service
Treatments are administered by David LoPriore Sensei, L.Ac. and Felicia Baker, L.Ac., top national experts on treating veterans with PTSD, suicidal ideation and other veterans issues using acupuncture and warriorship-based holistic wellness counseling. Western Medical PTSD wellness, vitals, medication-reviews, and auricular PTSD/Detox Acupuncture will also be given by Michelle Minnich, RN, a retired Army Master Sergeant Nurse.
GROUP TREATMENT EVENTS
To be restarted again twice-monthly at the East Lyme Community Center in April, 2026, these events are excellent opportunities to receive quick but effective acupuncture just on the outer ears, while you are hanging out with a group of other warriors, rebuilding camaraderie and forging relationships that transcend wars and types of service. Treatments are effective for suicidal ideation, PTSD, MST, addiction, illness and injury (to some degree), insomnia, energy, and much more. Every American warrior is welcome. Combat veteran or not, we have never turned anyone away.

Warriors for Warriors seeks to end veteran suicide and improve the quality of life and all aspects of holistic health for U.S. military service members and veterans suffering from war-related and service connected illness and injury, and optimize performance and holistic readiness of active duty Special Operations Force members and regular forces, by providing group acupuncture; advanced, comprehensive individualized acupuncture and counseling therapies, meditation and True Warriorship, wellness, and martial arts training.
