Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress often experience hyper-vigilance, busy nervous and anxious minds, depression, anger, insomnia, relationship issues, and many other psychological and behavioral challenges when returning from deployment and trying to reintegrate. Sensei LoPriore’s mindfulness training can help veterans with PTS to work more skillfully with their own minds, relaxing and finding new ways to reduce or eliminate these symptoms and habituated patterns. Asian self-care wellness methods such as acupressure can ease physical and mental symptoms in other ways.
Sensei LoPriore is 23rd-generation Headmaster of an 800-year-old Japanese warrior monk lineage that includes training in martial arts, meditation, Asian medicine, Japanese yoga and much more. He is a Licensed Acupuncturist with over 30 years ‘ experience working with veterans, especially those with Post Traumatic Stress, suicidal thoughts, depression, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, and addiction.
